PTP oversaw all aspects of this project from bid and contract execution to contract completion. PTP delivered project management services including construction management, field inspection, materials testing, utility coordination, and engineering during construction, environmental and permitting compliance, and contract administration. PTP also provided management for all environmental aspects this included oversight of the drafting of all three EAs and the drafting of the Finding of No Significant Impact for FHWA consideration.
PTP Transportation was retained by Titus County to oversee the delivery of $166 million in road improvement projects from contract execution to completion of construction. This $8,761,709.98 project provided a 3.096 mile new two lane rural roadway with a new grade separated crossing over the Union Pacific Railroad. The project is being constructed to TxDOT specifications and standards with oversight by Federal Highway Administration and has passed all state and federal audits. PTP submitted an Individual environmental permit for the FM 2348 project.
